It is an understatement to say that life is not always fair. The world and the people in it just don't seem to do what we want them to do. We create expectations for them and when they don't meet those expectations we can become disappointed and experience a variety of emotions. We create the illusion that they are responsible for our pain, whether it comes in the form of irritation, anger, sadness or even anxiety. "Its there fault that we feel so badly. I wish I could say that I am one of those who accepts complete responsibility for myself. That would just be another self-deception.
